You have upto 25 days from the date you received the items you purchased, we can issue a full refund once the goods have been received. How Do I return my order?

Please follow the return process below:

  • Contact Us via a phone call on 020 7183 0753 or email us at as soon as you can.
  • Repack the items as safe and securely as possible, if possible keep it in the original packaging
  • We advise returning the parcel using the delivery option used prior, if the returns do not reach us, we will not refund the amount
  • Please use a courier for returns, we don’t accept returns in person
  • Hold on to the certificate of postage, as it is required as a proof of return incase the item gets lost.

 How much does it cost to return an item?

Item/Order should be returned at your cost. We do not provide free returns, except in the case of sending faulty item or broken item. After receiving the order/product, if you’d like to return it. You are responsible for the shipping charges, you should pay the shipping charges. After we receive your shipment, we inspect the product for any damages. If the product isn’t harmed in any way, we will initiate the returns process

Missing Items

Please let us know within 48 hours period of receiving your order, if you think that you didn’t receive any item from your order or if you have received any faulty items. Exchange of Products

We accept exchange of products, if the products are returned within the exchange window i.e., 30 days after receiving the item / items. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

I have a faulty item, what should I do?

  • If you receive a faulty item, broken item. Please send us an email with order details, that can be found on the packaging note. You can also find the details on the order confirmation email. Please confirm the product code and name of the faulty item, also provide a brief information about the faulty/broken product.
  • After inspection and confirmation of the faulty item, the return postage cost will be refunded
  • If the item is not faulty or is damaged from your end, misused by you. No refund will be provided.

 When will I receive my refund?

  • For the standard return, the refund will be processed within 2 – 3 days after we receive your return. Please wait for 3 working days for the refund to reach your bank.
  • For Faulty/Broken items, the inspection and agreement process takes 3 – 5 days for the refund. If there is a possibility that the return may take more time, we will remind you.
  • Refunds will be made in the original method of payment
