You have upto 30 days from the date you received the items you purchased, we can issue a full refund once the goods have been received. Please notify us first hand by email: info@vanwingmirrors.co.uk / sales@vanwingmirrors.co.uk or give us a call on 0800 001 6892. Please return all items in the original packing, if you can. Carefully package all the items, as refunds cannot be made if the items are lost or damaged on return to us.

Please follow the return process below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• If the incorrect item was sent due to a dispatch team error.
• If the item has fitting issues.
• If there is a plug issue.
• If there is a refund-related issue or any other valid concern.
2. Return Window & Refunds
• You have up to 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
• A full refund will be issued for the goods only, provided they are returned in their original condition.
• The refund will not cover return postage costs, which are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
• A return label will only be provided if the wrong item was sent by our dispatch team.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage fees for incorrect orders. We do not provide free return shipping or arrange collections.
•If you choose to return the item yourself, a deduction will be made from your refund if postage is not paid separately:
• For parcels over 2kg: Up to £7.49 will be deducted.
• For parcels under 2kg: £3.95 will be deducted.
If you prefer us to cover all return postage costs, a total deduction will be applied:
• £15.00 for parcels over 2kg.
• £7.90 for parcels under 2kg.
• The return address will be provided upon request, but a return label will not be issued unless it was our dispatch error.
4. Expedited Shipping & Returns
• If you selected expedited delivery and the part does not fit but matches the part you ordered, we are not liable for return postage or any other postal charges as mentioned above.
• For mechanical or electrical issues, we do not provide return labels unless the incorrect item was dispatched.
